The Cantley is our lowest price build and has the smallest footprint. However, that doesn’t mean it can’t be turned into a beautiful annexe for your home.
At £67,800 The Cantley offers a floor plan of 7.5m by 3.5m and includes an open plan living area with one bedroom and a shower room.
Our largest one bedroom annex is The Hickleton. This spacious build is £99,500 and has a selection of three different footprints to choose from, each delivers a large living area, separate kitchen as well as a bedroom and shower room.
Whichever suits your style, from the Cantley to the Hickleton, we have a range of other one-bedroom annexes that fall within this price range and each can be tailored to meet your own style.
Two-Bedroom Annexe Prices
As granny annex prices increase, so do the options. When you look at the higher end of a budget with iHus you have two bedroom annexes available.
Our lowest priced two bedroom build is The Melton, delivering a larger master bedroom as well as a smaller single bedroom. At £96,800 as standard, this build also features a living area and shower room in its 11m by 4m plan.
At the higher end of our two-bedroom options is The Hatfield at £106,700. This build comes with two large double bedrooms alongside its open plan living and kitchen area and separate shower room.
Just like with our one-bedroom options, our two-bedroom range has other choices for you that can be finished exactly how you choose including The Cadeby, The Loversall and The Wheatley.
