We personally really like the dark grey weatherboard – it looks contemporary, yet classic at the same time. If you’re looking for something a little more bespoke, speak to us about wood finishes – whilst not quite as hardy as the weatherboard, our real timber cladding finishes can make an annexe look classy. This finish is often used on annexes in conservation areas.

Whilst our standard specification does come with a flat roof, the choice is all yours when it comes to upgrading to a different roof style.
We can apply various styles of pitched roof, roof canopies and vaulted ceilings to your annexe if that is a look you are interested in. Again, pitched roof options are a popular choice for homes in conservation areas or if you want a more traditional looking annexe. The windows on your annexe are also customisable – when designing your annexe you will be able to select your colour choice for the window frames. We have many options including classic white UPVC windows and our personal favourites; grey anthracite window frames.
