Annexe Specification
You won’t believe the range of garden annexe specification options available to you. You can make one of our Core garden annexes a home that suits your own individual style. Kitchen and shower suites come fitted as standard, but the finish is up to you.

Flat EPDM roofing come as standard. All our annexes can be upgraded with a warm pitched roof, finished with a choice of concrete roof tiles and vaulted ceilings in main living/dining areas.
1 of 8White PVCu windows and doors are fitted as standard, with 28mm double glazing to achieve an ‘A’ energy rating. Premium colour options are available.
2 of 8Internal walls are plasterboarded, skimmed and painted in your choice of colour. Shower room (or wetroom upgrade) walls are finished in your choice of tileboard.
3 of 8Insulated structural timber floors are finished with your choice of laminate flooring, with vinyl flooring to match in your shower room.
4 of 8Foundations are typically built using a concrete pad system (depth subject to ground conditions), though a swift plinth system is utilised for all mobile homes built under the ‘Caravan Act’.
5 of 8Rointe digital radiators are fitted throughout, providing an efficient source of electric heating.
6 of 8Walls a built using a super-insulated structural timber frame. Marley Cedral Lap weatherboard is our standard cladding (choice of colours available), but you can also select untreated green oak for a more natural-looking finish.
7 of 8All outward opening external doors have a stepped access finished in composite decking, with the top step having a minimum depth of 1m. Ramped access available upon request, as well as various balustrade options.
