This compact bespoke annexe was one of the first built by IHUS; finished to the very exacting requirements of our customer for her disabled mother, the exterior is clad in a vertical T&G softwood painted in a Dove Grey exterior paint with white PVC windows and doors, with a raised foundation to eliminate possible flood risks, a composite decked patio area and long ramp to both the front and rear provides access to this delightful and practical annexe which was fitted out internally with linked hoist facilities and disability enabled wet room.
