Our iHus handyman can be with you on the day you move in to ensure everything is perfect in your new iHus.
An iHus Representative will drop by with moving in gift to ensure you’re happy with your new home.

Our ‘handy man’ will be charged at a rate of £450 a day, services shall extend to tasks such as, hanging curtains & blinds, fitting bathroom and kitchen auxiliary items (such as a loo roll holder), tv brackets, fitting shelves – any items which are wall-mounted will need to be agreed at the point of sale for wall strengthening specification.
The price lock guarantee is for twelve months from the point of quotation.
The price lock guarantee does not include items listed; groundworks; foundations; underground services; unexpected items; an act of God; changes required for legal reasons; force majeure; changes required by the planning department; building control requirements; customer changes; material cost increases of more than 5%.
