Do I need planning permission?

The beauty of a Garden Room is that they do not require planning permission, we have carefully designed our products so they meet all regulations. There may be some exceptions to this, such as your property being listed, but your dedicated project manager will be able to help you take care of any planning requirements should they arise.

How long will it take?

Because we manufacture our panels in-house, we control quality and speed from start to finish.

Our experienced installation teams aim to complete your garden room build in 7 days or less, with minimal disruption to your home and garden.

That means less waiting and more time enjoying your new space.

Does the Garden Room need foundations?

To ensure that your garden room meets the highest standards and last, our process starts from the ground up.

Our garden rooms sit on secure ground screw foundations, avoiding major site disruption and helping you create space quickly and cleanly.

What access will you require?

Because our Garden Rooms are designed and constructed with modular panels, they can be easily delivered to your garden through small or narrow access routes and, if needs be, we can even deliver through your property. If in doubt speak with one of our experts to find out more.

Is there a self build option?

To ensure the build quality that our customers expect we do not currently offer a self-build option for our garden rooms. Delivery and installation are all included in our price.

What utilities are included in the build?

Our garden rooms come complete with 3 double electric sockets, LED down lights and feature exterior strip lighting connected to a consumer unit with up to 15 meter above ground power supply. This is set out within our site survey which will detail any potential additional costs associated electric, drainage or water supply.

How will I keep the garden room warm in winter?

High performance insulation meets new build housing requirements, plus we provide all garden rooms with Rointe Electric Radiators to ensure they stay toasty warm in winter.
