We're seeking a semi-skilled or multi-skilled individual to become part of our timber frame annexe build teams.
The team typically comprises 2-3 personnel lead by a "Site Lead/Carpenter" with other trades being contracted as the build progresses.
We are ideally looking for individuals with timber frame experience, but this is preferred rather than essential. However, you need to be practical minded and work with minimal supervision on fast-turnaround projects. As the leading granny annexe provider in the UK we have a commitment to providing living spaces to a high level of quality and you would be a critical part of the delivery team.
iHus builds/projects are geographically located around England and Wales and you will be required to travel Monday to Friday to suit the build programme, with each build typically taking six weeks to complete.
The ideal candidate should live within a 40-45 mile radius of Loughborough.
Mileage is paid and a vehicle may be provided depending on location , accommodation is organised for you, plus you'll receive a daily allowance for subsistence. Overtime is available.
Basic tool set expected and will be supplemented with essential items.
