The Ravenscroft granny annexe is a spacious one-bedroom annexe, designed for those with a larger garden plot. All three footprints utilise a central shower room to separate the bedroom and the open-plan kitchen/living area to maximise living space.
Simply fill in the form and you will be emailed a link to download our 32 page annexe brochure, that includes all you need to know about our annexes and unique fully turn-key service.
We know that building an annexe can seem daunting. It all starts with a conversation where we want to get to know you better, understand what you need and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
You won’t believe the range of garden annexe specification options available to you. You can make one of our Core garden annexes a home that suits your own individual style. Kitchen and shower suites come fitted as standard, but the finish is up to you.
Flat EPDM roofing come as standard. All our annexes can be upgraded with a warm pitched roof, finished with a choice of concrete roof tiles and vaulted ceilings in main living/dining areas.
White PVCu windows and doors are fitted as standard, with 28mm double glazing to achieve an ‘A’ energy rating. Premium colour options are available.
Internal walls are plasterboarded, skimmed and painted in your choice of colour. Shower room (or wetroom upgrade) walls are finished in your choice of tileboard.
Insulated structural timber floors are finished with your choice of laminate flooring, with vinyl flooring to match in your shower room.
Foundations are typically screw pile or a concrete pad system (depth subject to ground conditions), though a swift plinth system is utilised for all mobile homes built under the ‘Caravan Act’.
Rointe digital radiators are fitted throughout, providing an efficient source of electric heating.
Walls a built using a super-insulated structural timber frame. Marley Cedral Lap weatherboard is our standard cladding (choice of colours available), but you can also select untreated green oak for a more natural-looking finish.
All outward opening external doors have a stepped access finished in composite decking, with the top step having a minimum depth of 1m. Ramped access available upon request, as well as various balustrade options.
If you haven’t thought about it, you should because there are immense benefits. It’s worked tremendously well for me in a way that I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is.
