Things to consider when you are thinking of building an Annexe – Consultation
What does iHus stand for?
The I is for individuality as no two of our buildings are the same, and Hus is Scandinavian for home – we are here to build you a home that is individually designed and built to your needs.
Where can I see one of your annexes?
Rather than show homes, we have Open Hus. This unique network of customers are happy to welcome potential customers to visit them. They will act as your host, show you around and answer any questions you may have.
What is the process?
The first step would be a Zoom consultation with one of our consultants (or you can view an ‘Open Hus’ first, which ever order you prefer). Our consultant will answer all your more in-depth questions, listen to your ideas and get to know you and what you want from your annexe. They will then produce a detailed quote, along with a range of drawings and CGI of the internal and external of the annexe so you’ll get to see what it will look like in your garden.
Your consultant will then visit you at the property to carry out a comprehensive site survey. This includes marking out the desired annexe location, taking a range of measurements, photos and videos. They will also bring samples of all the options you can choose from, from decking and cladding, to flooring and kitchen units.
We can do the initial consultation in person rather than via Zoom if you would prefer.
Can I book an evening or weekend appointment?
Certainly, our consultants are very flexible.
