Free Gift packages are available to new customers only. Should a customers order fall through for any reason, any associated Free Gift package will be removed from the customer order. Customers will need to confirm their preferred Free Gift package at the point of contract at which point this will be locked in. Further terms and conditions will be applicable at the point of selecting a specific Free Gift package and will be detailed within your customer agreement.
Where the Free Gift acts as credit towards a larger purchase the customer will be required to cover any remaining balance. Any unspent credit will be considered as lost and no cash refund or alternative will be made available.
The Free Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value or cash alternative and is not for resale. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or suspend the Free Gift promotion, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
