Here at iHus, we’re intensely proud of our homes. So to are our homeowners. That’s why, when we came to think about show homes, we had a novel idea: why not invite our prospective customers to visit one of our iHus owners to see their real-life iHus? After all, there’s no better way to experience the quality of the build and the skilfully designed spaces. Not to mention hearing first-hand how stress-free the whole process was.
The response from our Open Hus community was overwhelming. And we think it’s testament to the sheer hard work of our team that our customers nationwide are so delighted with our service that they are eager to give prospective customers a tour of their iHus.

Before visiting one of our OpenHus members, please ensure you follow the requirements below:
• Provide a lateral flow test the morning of the visit or day before.
• Wear a face covering throughout the duration of your visit.
• Sanitize your hands before and after entering the iHus.
• Check and inform us if you’ve had any recent COVID-19 cases in the household.
• Adhere to Government Guidelines.
