Trev is the visionary behind iHus, leading with a positive attitude and a passion for creating life-changing homes. Inspired by feedback from the very first iHus customer, ‘thank you, you’ve changed our lives’, he’s driven to build uncompromising, tailored homes that make you and your family feel cosy and safe.

James oversees the day-to-day operations at iHus, focusing on driving efficiency through streamlined processes and systems. As a chartered construction manager, he brings over two decades of experience, transitioning from a successful career in the marine industry to construction.

Jon oversees the strategic and financial operations at iHus, helping to drive value for iHus clients. With over two decades of experience as a chartered certified accountant, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge from working across accountancy practices and various industries and even a four-year tenure as Chair of Trustees at a hospice. He’s passionate about supporting entrepreneurship and enabling businesses to thrive.

Your journey starts here. Dayna and Lydia are your first point of contact, answering your initial questions, arranging Open Hus visits, sending out brochures, and supporting you until you’re ready for a full consultation. They’ll handle your first steps and help set up consultations with our experts.

When you’re ready to get started, Nigel, Andrew, and Sean take over. They offer virtual consultations that cover everything from planning and building timelines to customisation options and practicalities. After your consultation, they’ll provide a custom quote and detailed drawings. They’re here for regular check-ins, further questions, and any research you might need. If you decide to proceed, they’ll guide you to the next stage: the site survey.

Our design team, which includes Amy, Andy and Dane, is dedicated to bringing your vision to life. From stunning CGIs to precise technical drawings, they make sure every detail aligns with your dreams.

Once your build is confirmed, Jan becomes your go-to contact until you receive the keys. She ensures you’re happy and comfortable throughout the process, schedules your dedicated Project Manager’s visits, and oversees the GroundScrew team’s initial testing. Jan will also deliver the exciting news when your planning is approved.

Jo is responsible for all financial matters at iHus, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She’s the person who issues your invoices, confirms receipts of payments and secures your insurance-backed guarantees. Jo’s diligent oversight ensures all projects are financially secure, giving you peace of mind throughout your annexe journey.

With a wealth of experience, our Project Manager, Matt is here to ensure a smooth build. Overseeing the build and attending your handover day, they provide a comprehensive pack to help you settle into your new annexe.

Wayne manages and oversees the factory team in crafting your bespoke framework. Wayne works closely with specialist suppliers and consistently ensures our high standards are met. Ricky runs the logistics team and stays on top of delivery schedules.

Danielle and Abbie handle all logistics and purchasing, ensuring that every custom item (from scaffolding and skips to kitchen cupboards and cladding) is delivered on time. Their meticulous coordination keeps everything running seamlessly.

Post-build, Kelly helps maintain your new home by arranging a 6-month snagging visit and managing day-to-day maintenance.
