A simple four-stage commission structure paid as soon as the customer progresses through each step, allowing you to earn up to £3,000 per referral.

Qualified Introduction
We pay you £200 for every qualified referral you provide, allowing your customer to enter into a direct conversation with our experts about their annexe needs for now or in the future.
Consultation Completed
Every customer that progresses to a consultation adds a further £500 to your commission, without requiring any additional work from you.
Planning Permission Granted
Customers that progress to having planning permission granted, will earn you a further £1,000. With a 94% planning permission success rate, securing approval becomes a simple process.
Build Slot Reserved
This final step nets you £1,300 and results in another happy customer. By this point, we both have a customer on their way to achieving their dream property, complete with a custom-designed annexe that is only months away from completion.
