A stunning bespoke Green Oak clad annexe with a Cat slide style steep pitched roof in reproduction Cotswold stone, along with engineered timber casement windows with Lamb’s tail fret details and Black powder coated Aluminum rainwater goods finish this outstanding annexe, with its dry stone walled and stone slab patio this is one of our most popular finished annexes with our new customers.
iHUS dealt with the complicated planning application which needed listed building consent with seamless efficiency. The timescale for completion of the new build appeared impossible to our untrained mind but not only did they keep to it, they dealt with all the many alterations both major and minor with efficiency
