The Samuel family’s bespoke iHus home is located close to our Head Office in the Doncaster area.
This bespoke, pitched roof, 2 bedroomed annexe in South Yorkshire was based on the “Cadeby” style. On the exterior, this home features dark grey double Roman concrete roof tiles. The walls are Grey Marley Cedral Weatherboard cladding, with Anthracite grey on white PVC windows & doors. This annexe also includes a raised grey composite decked patio with steps and a grey-painted ranch-style balustrade.
This annexe has coach lights built in along the external walls to provide lighting all around the annexe. Nicely creating a bright and airy space, complimented by its pitched roof style.
