“I kept worrying that it was going to be too small but when it was finished and I walked in I was shocked, it was much bigger than I thought. It’s lovely.”
Janet Butler
A home enriched with treasured memories
Janet’s annexe is a beautifully personal space, brought to life by the furniture her dad lovingly crafted during his years as a cabinet maker. Each handmade piece, from the warm wooden cabinets to the finely detailed tables, carries its own story and brings a sense of heritage into her modern home. Blending seamlessly with the annexe’s calm, contemporary design, these items create a comforting connection to her father, making the space feel both deeply meaningful and uniquely hers.
Take a Tour of Janet’s Home
Janet chose us to design and build her own annexe home in the garden of her son’s house. Customised to her mobility needs and love of dogs, the garden space has been transformed into a comfortable, functional haven styled to her taste.
