Giles Elegant Creation
Donna Giles wanted an alternative living space for her mum Ingrid, which would keep her close to home and give Donna peace of mind. Together, they opted for a custom-designed, bespoke granny annexe with two bedrooms and a large outdoor decking area.
The gorgeous annexe was clad in dark grey Marley Cedral Weatherboard and features an EPDM Synthetic rubber flat roof. The granny annexe also boasts an eye-catching overshoot canopy with front LED Lights. When asked about their bespoke granny annexe, Donna said ‘Absolutely hands down the best choice. The most economical choice. She wouldn’t have got this for twice the money.”

The Listed Building Lodge
Jean Aldridge’s granny annexe plans could not go ahead until we had applied for listed building consent. Once we overcome the complications of building within the grounds of a listed building, we created a stunning granny annexe with green oak cladding and Cotswold stone tiles to meet strict planning criteria.
The granny annexe is in keeping with its traditional surroundings and features engineered timber casement windows with Lamb’s tail fret details and a dry stone walled and stone slab patio.

Keleher’s Perfect Solution
Pauline Keleher wanted to keep her independence but stay close to the family in case she needed them. She chose a bespoke L-shaped annexe which features a large, U-shaped kitchen and a spacious living area, as well as a bathroom complete with bath.
The two-bedroom granny annexe was clad in light grey Marley Cedral weatherboard and showcases a large decking area which wraps around the front of the annexe.

The Shack At The Back
Wendy Kimber and her husband said ‘if you are thinking of doing it go for it, don’t hesitate’ when asked about their granny annexe. The Cadeby Extra Plus was built behind the family home and features Grey UPVc Facias and Anthracite Grey on White windows and doors.
The granny annexe has a large stone-flagged patio and the patio doors lead to spacious decking which offers the perfect place to relax during the summer months.

As Seen On The BBC
Margaret Wilson and daughter Nicky opted for a bespoke two-bedroom granny annexe which was clad in Dark Grey Marley Cedral composite weatherboard. The spacious annexe is a great accommodation alternative for Margaret, who wanted to be close to her daughter and family.
The contemporary granny annexe features a grey composite decked patio and walkway as well as a duel aspect over sail canopy, fitted with LED down lights. When asked about her mum’s granny annexe, Nicky said “I think if you have a parent who is perfectly independent and mobile, it is brilliant. Mum has still got her life and I have mine. We can both get on with what we want to do.”.

Featuring an amazing open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, this huge custom annexe was designed to an exceptionally high specification.
The bespoke granny annexe is clad in Green Oak Weatherboard with a pitched red roof featuring two Velux integra roof windows. This bespoke design also showcases Bi-folding doors and French doors which lead to a flagged patio.
