Funding Your Annexe
Annexes are a smart, long-term investment that offer flexibility and added value to your main property. There are many ways to fund an annexe, here we break down some of the different routes our customers have chosen to make their dream a reality.
Parents often sell their homes and invest the proceeds into an annexe, allowing them to live comfortably and independently while staying close to family.
In some cases, adult children sell their property and combine their resources with their parents to build an annexe, creating a multi-generational living arrangement.
Families sometimes choose to sell both the parents and children’s homes, pooling funds to upsize to a larger property with a custom-built annexe that accommodates everyone comfortably.
