The outstanding Hickleton granny annexe is one of our more luxurious one bedroom annexes. And it’s the largest! The Hickleton was designed based on feedback from our lovely customers. It showcases an expansive open-plan living space with a fully-fitted, galley-style kitchen adjacent to it.
There is also a large double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a full-sized bath and shower. The Hickleton is a fantastic one bedroom annexe for those who want to downsize without giving up space or luxury.
The Features Of A One Bedroom Annexe
Our range of annexes come with a choice of roof tiles, finishes, and canopies. Plus, you can choose a flat or pitched roof, depending on your annexe. Each one bedroom annexe also comes with a fully fitted kitchen and PVC double glazed windows which are available in a range of finishes and colours.
The granny annexes also feature a shower room, a wet room or a bath/shower room alongside a spacious double or single bedroom. You can opt for external decking depending on which type of annexe you go for and there is a wide choice of cladding available.
The granny annexes are fully fitted with power points, electric panel heating and LED downlights. Finally, quality laminate flooring is used throughout each granny annexe.
