Our Favourite Annexes This Month
Mr & Mrs Russel
Mr and Mrs Russel opted for a two-bedroom Loversall Extra model, with bespoke options. The couple wanted a pitched roof on their annexe for a more traditional look – the Double Pantile roof in Dark Grey contrasts beautifully with the Grey Green weatherboard which was chosen to clad the annexe. White UPV window frames lighten the overall look.
Inside the annexe is just as stylish, with light airy rooms, a shower room and the look is all brought together by Baletrio flooring which is used throughout the annexe in the same colour.
We were thrilled with how this annexe came out and so was Mr Russel:

Colin & Maureen Lawrence
Colin and Maureen also opted for a two-bedroom annexe; we built the Wheatley Extra for the couple, who live in Canvey Island. Our favourite feature of this annexe is the outdoor seating space the couple chose to add onto their home. The slick-looking deck area has a bannister around it and we fitted LED spotlights underneath the roof overhang to provide lighting for the deck area. The ideal place to sit and enjoy a drink on warm evenings!
We were also particularly pleased with how the flooring came out – the Balterio flooring in Tasmanian Oak is classic and warm looking. A contemporary kitchen in white means it won’t date and will still feel up to date for years to come.
