Our unique Open Hus offering allows you to visit a real, lived in annexe to get a real sense for annexe life. You can speak with the annexe owners, ask any questions you may have, see the build quality of an iHus annexe, and even have a cup of tea (if you so wish)… our customers are a friendly bunch!
With over 70 annexes within our Open Hus community, you are never too far from an iHus annexe to visit. We have annexes spread across both England and Wales, so you can pick a location that would suit you best!
We launched our popular iHus granny annexe collection a decade ago, and since then we’ve delivered over 400 inspirational homes across the UK. By responding to the needs and aspirations of our customers, we’re proud to say that no two iHus homes are identical. That takes enormous care and commitment to going the extra mile on our part, but we know it’s worth it. Check out this selection of past projects and see the results for yourself.
