      Trevor Smeaton
      Managing Director

      Trev is the visionary and the driving force behind iHUS, a man with a real “can do” attitude. Building iHUS and its company values has been a passion driven by the comments received from our very first customer, quite simply “thank you, you’ve changed our lives”. Trev aspires to build uncompromising, unrivalled homes in gardens that are very much tailored around you and your family. He wants you to be cosy and safe in your very own iHUS.

      Away from the office Trev is a keen fitness enthusiast who enjoys everything from running and biking to skiing and walking with his partner Maria. A proud Dad of two grown up kids who share the same passions. A can’t sit down type of person with an infectious zest for life!

      Jon Lister
      Financial Director

      Jon is responsible for the overall strategic & financial operations of iHUS, with a flair for enabling growth through supporting entrepreneurship and building wealth and value for business and their owners. 

      Jon is a chartered certified accountant since 1999, he has worked in accountancy practices, industry and recently spent a four-year stint as chair of trustees at a hospice. Jon enjoys good food, fine wine and family time and has a (not so) secret passion for baking.

      James Lund-Lack
      Chief Operating Officer

      James is responsible for the overall operations of iHUS, with a passion for driving efficiency through process and systems. A chartered construction manager, James switched from a twenty-year career in the marine industry to construction eight years ago. 

      James is a qualified Yacht Master, enjoys exercise, family time and making pizzas.

      Jan Hill
      Sales Co-Ordinator

      Jan has an infectious smile and great chuckle to go along with it!! She loves spending time with her four Grandchildren ice skating, taking trips and making memories. Jan often fundraises for the Alzheimer’s charity which is close to her heart, with memory walks and other challenging quests. Jan is very much customer focused, you’ll find nothing is too much trouble for this lady.

      Andrew Colley
      Annexe Consultant

      Andy is a highly self-motivated & dedicated consultant with extensive experience across a number of sectors; passionate about enriching clients lives, accomplishing this with the best customer experience. A devoted husband and father to son Harry, when he’s not building the latest Lego set he’s out walking or pedalling the roads and trails of Yorkshire.

      Nigel Wooldridge A.M.I.S.M.
      Sales and Customer Service Manager

      Nigel is vastly experienced in sales and customer service. A true family man with a passion for travel and an eclectic taste in music. A caring and empathetic man, devoted husband to his wife Adele and father to his son Ben. Loves the social side of life, playing golf, watching football, music concerts and the theatre.

      Andy Nicklin
      Design Manager

      Andy brings a wealth of design and CGI expertise to the iHUS Group and is the proud recipient of the iHUS ‘bigger than you job’ award for 2 years running. When not working at full speed in the office Andy, married to his long-suffering Wife Sair and Dad/Stepdad to a 5-a-side football team loves 80’s horror ‘B’ movies, rock n’ roll and can be usually found on a weekend watching re-runs of Columbo for the umpteenth time.

      Dane Hill

      Dane prepares your quotation and creates the WOW visuals presentation, a real techie with a passion for anything computer related. An avid gamer and self-confessed couch potato but with a keen eye for detail. Dane is very much dedicated to presenting you with your new home in the garden.

      Dean Graham
      Senior Projects Manager

      Dean is a driven individual who prides himself on delivering operational excellence whilst exceeding clients’ expectations. Dean’s working career began in 1989 when he started out as a trainee site engineer, steadily advancing through the roles of site manager and contracts manager through to operations manager. Throughout this time he gained in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry and the skills needed to lead and manage teams to achieve high levels of performance whilst working to set budgets.

      Jason Clarke
      Contracts Manager

      Jason has been in the construction industry from leaving school (a long time ago) working both in the UK and abroad, holding many construction qualifications. Jason’s interests include classic cars, the great outdoors, skiing when he gets the chance, travelling in his VW camper and sometimes talking to the wife. Jase has a great ‘lets get this done’ attitude as well as a love of cups of tea and the odd biscuits.

      Matt Hassett
      Assistant Contracts Manager

      Matt is a qualified commercial surveyor (AssocRICS) with a varied background in real estate, development and most recently, health sectors.
      He is a sports enthusiast who can be found on the golf course most weekends, Matt likes to keep active, socialise and access the outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his young family and exploring new places.

      Carl Blakemore

      Carl is an experienced procurement professional at work and devoted dad of three at home.
      He like’s structure, procedure, processes and order in his work life. Being a father to a disabled/life limited son he has an empathy with the need to get things done right and on time. At home he’s taxi driver/cash dispenser for the children, every now and again Carl likes to sneak off for a days fishing, he’s also a keen park runner when time allows.

      Steve Batty
      Logistics Manager

      Steve has extensive experience in the national logistics of stock and material movement ensuring a proficient on-time and no issues delivery service. Steve manages the factory goods in and stock inventory. If Steve’s not behind the wheel he’s likely to be behind the handlebars, a mountain and road bike enthusiast, just a little time left for caravanning and enjoying long walks with his wife Sonia and Alfie the dog.

      Johannah Ault
      Accounts Manager

      Jo is the friendly gate keeper and manager of finance operations for the iHUS Group, she is very proud to be part of the iHUS family. In the background Jo is studying towards the CIMA Professional Qualification. At home and in her spare time she likes sharing a cocktail or two with friends, getting stuck into a good book and making silly, fun memories with Alex and Bella – her lively (not-so-little-anymore) children.

      Jorden Bourne
      Accounts Assistant

      Jorden has a real head for figures having completed her level 2 and 3 AAT, she now aims for her level 4 in the very near future. At home Jorden likes to take her two dogs, Bear and Benji on long walks. She loves nothing more than spending time with family, reading and eating chocolate!!

      Kelly Watson

      Kelly is a busy mum of two young children with a love of exercise, mainly so she can try and keep up with them! Kelly’s roles in administration include the education and the care sector. In her spare time she enjoys the great outdoors and also socialising with friends and family… especially when it involves a glass of red wine.
