Handing you the keys to your luxury new home isn’t the end of the story for us. In some ways it’s the start of the most important phase – ensuring you’re safe, content and living to the full. So your iHus host will be visiting you regularly to answer any questions and resolve any issues such as those little snags which can sometimes occur. You’ll receive a full quality check visit after 6 months too. And you can be sure we’ll respond in double quick time to any claims you over make under our comprehensive warranty.

We pride ourselves on our ability to tailor our specification to your exact needs. With plenty of different options to choose from you should be able to find something that is perfect for you. However, if you’re struggling to picture your dream annexe, we’ve developed three distinct external styles that combine some of our most popular choices. Heritage styling is based on increased demand for more traditional looking annexes.
The combination of untreated green oak, Chartwell green windows/doors and terracotta pantile roof tiles are particularly suited to conservation areas. Contemporary styled annexes feature flat roof with front oversail canopy and downlights. Anthracite grey windows/ doors are used to compliment modern dark grey cladding. Classic styling blends grey-green cladding with white windows and doors. This subtle styling marries perfectly with blue-black Marley Rivendale roof tiles, providing the look of natural slate.
From there, you can (should you wish) make changes to the dimensions to suit your needs. We really do everything possible to ensure that you get the living solution that suits your needs. There are some restrictions – the physical size of your garden and the planning restraints – however, we will do everything conceivable to create the perfect new home.
Further to the physical size and build styles, you then have various ‘finish’ choices for almost every element of the build (but again, should you have other preferences, we can review and cost accordingly).

The Wheatley is out most popular two-bedroom granny annexe. Providing plenty of living space and two good sized bedrooms. This model is a product of valued customer feedback.

The Hatfield is a spqcious L-spahed annexe with two great sized bedrooms. All three footprints look stunning and are idea for large corner lots.
2 Bedroom | Price: £121,792
All three footprints offer an alternaitve layout with a central living space and bedrooms at adjacent sides of the annex. If you love large open-plan living, this annexe is the perfect style for you.
1 Bedroom | Price: £91,174
The Ravenscroft is a spacious one-bedroom annexe, designed for those with a larger garden plot. All three footpints utilise a central shower room to sperate the bedroom and the open-plan kitchen/living area to maximise living space.
