IHUS Best of 2017 Review
IHUS celebrate the end of 2017 and look forward to everything 2018 brings, by bringing you a quick overview of some of our favourite moments of the year.
It was a year that started with a lot of planning behind the scenes for our new website launch just before Grand Designs Live in London where we launched the IHUS Contemporary annexe for the first time.
We would like to thank all our customers, old and new for helping us make every annexe special and unique to each and every one of you and to our hard-working team who help make every part of the IHUS experience an amazing one.
Our New Website Launched In March 2017, Closely Followed By The IHUS Contemporary at Grand Designs Live in London
Our new website finally went live in March 2017 and showed our HUScore range of garden annexes in much more detail than ever before.
We increased the range to 8 models in 3 sizes with two types of roof options, giving you 24 possibilities to build an annexe in your back garden.
The new IHUS Contemporary also went from drawing board to a reality and was launched at Grand Designs Live in London, the first of two Grand Designs Live shows in 2017.
The feedback was amazing and within weeks of the show we produced the new HUScore garden annexe brochure and added the popular 3D views of the annexe interiors to the website.
We Opened Our New Swindon Office!
We opened our new office in Swindon to be able to offer customers in the South and South East and South West someone more local to talk to and it has been really well received.
We also got really busy with some charity events and sponsorships for causes close to our hearts. Meeting Bailey Matthews was a highlight for everyone concerned as he came to visit one of our IHUS Changing Places units before it went to site.
Over a quarter of a million severely disabled people in the UK don’t have access to public toilet facilities that meet their needs. At iHUS we’ve developed a simple solution to this common problem.
To round off the summer (with temperatures soaring) our Managing Director Trevor Smeaton and our annexe specialist Sean Cronin took part in the London to Brighton bike ride raising several thousand pounds for charity in the process.
A Doncaster Race Day Welcome To All Our New IHUS Team Members & We Now Offer Finance!
We have had several new additions to the IHUS team to help grow the business and provide the best service possible to all our annexe customers, existing and new.
To help give them a warm welcome, we all enjoyed a day out at Doncaster Race Day where “team IHUS” enjoyed backing some winners on the day!
And by the time October arrived we were in exhibition mode again with the very popular Grand Designs Live show at the NEC in Birmingham.
We also hit the 3,000 Facebook fans benchmark on our popular Facebook page and made our new brochure available as an eBrochure.
By constantly seeking to improve every aspect of what we do, we finished the year with a record month and love nothing other than to showcase some of our amazing customers on the Our Projects page on our website.
Changing People’s Lives One Annexe At A Time
We could not do what we do without the input and inspiration of our customers. We love turning cant’s into cans and dreams into plans and love nothing more than hearing how an IHUS annexe has literally changed people’s lives.
