We are thrilled to announce the release of our brand new video, featuring our iconic Brand Ambassador, Tony Blackburn.
Our video discusses the ins and outs of what annexe living is all about, but with a quirky twist.
Head to our homepage to see the video in all its glory. It’s just underneath our main homepage banner, so you’ll be sure not to miss it.
You may find the annexe backdrop to our video somewhat familiar. The video was filmed at the lovely Sandy’s Annexe in Crewe, which we built in 2020.
Sandy is a true advocate of multigenerational living, she features on our website project page, has featured in some of our previous comms, news pieces (such as the recent Observer piece), and is also part of our Open Hus Community.
Sandy truly embraces living on the grounds of her Daughter Jen and Son in Law Keiron’s home, Sandy gets to see her family every day (if she so wishes), and she is always keen to shout about her love of annexe living from the rooftops.
Speaking of the recent filming at her annexe, Sandy said “It was great to open up my annexe doors to the iHus film crew, and of course Tony Blackburn.”
“The iHus team got in touch to enquire whether my annexe could be used as the backdrop to the video, and of course I jumped at the chance.”
“Building my annexe was one of the best decisions I have ever made – there’s nothing better than being this close to family, and the quality and workmanship of my annexe was simply outstanding. For this reason, I was more than happy to have my annexe feature in the new iHus video.”
“It was also great to see Tony Blackburn again. I have met Tony before when he came to interview me last year on my iHus Annexe experience.” For anyone interested in seeing this, this can be found on Sandy’s project page here.
“This recent round of filming with the Multiple Tonys was very interesting to watch and be part of. It was like being on a film set, there were big white backdrops for the lighting, and Tony had numerous outfit changes for his different parts of the video.”
“I personally think the video looks great. It’s a quick, funny, yet informative account of what annexe living is all about.”
We have to say we agree with Sandy here (though of course we may be biased). We would love to hear what others think of our video. Which Tony character do you like best? Does it tell you everything you need to know about annexe living? If not, we are of course only a phone call or email away to answer your annexe related questions. So be sure to get in touch with our friendly team to find out more.
